Spring is about being inspired, letting go of anything holding you back and jumping into new adventures. That could not be more true for my business this year! Yes, it’s true I started this photography business only a couple short (or long depending on how you look at it) years ago, but now it’s time to take the next step.
If you have ever wondered how I went from being a brand new photographer to being an interiors photographer, published in some of the top interior design magazines in just 6 months, then I’ve got something you are going to want…
So what are we up to around here? So much!! For starters, my podcast is about to launch! It’s incredibly exciting.
If you want to up level your brand, then this is your place to get real about how you are putting yourself out there. I’ll dive into the struggles of being an entrepreneur, how to set yourself apart and grow your business quickly. Get ready for this because it’s launching soon!
I can’t wait to have interior designers come on my podcast and teach tips and tricks to great design. Do you know what Spring is best for? Refreshing your home, life and business. Great design can help bring a new perspective to your home, which is why I can’t wait to share these tips with you.
Wait, there’s more! Not to sound like an infomercial, but we’ve been working like crazy around here to bring you the best education in getting published as an interior designer, getting published as an architect, getting published as a builder and getting published as an interiors photographer.
Soon I will be releasing my FULL course guide on how you can get published quickly too! It will have all my secrets from how to get great photography to how to build relationships with the top magazines and editors so your work gets published and gets seen. You are going to love it!
While me and my team have been working on the podcast and the new course, I’ve also been photographing interiors for designers as well as filling my days with branding sessions. I’ve met so many amazing business owners and creatives. It’s been very exciting!
Don’t worry friends, I took time for myself too! I spent a week remodeling my office space which you can see on the blog here: CLICK HERE.
I also bought myself a little something special for Spring. In the spirit of spreading my wings and flying to new heights, I went on a Spring shopping spree to get inspired and fill my soul.
One of my favorite places to shop is The Lavender Lane Market.
The Kesia Finley curated Butterfly Candle has two different fragrances: Sage & Sandlewood or Santal. Can you guess which one I bought? Leave me a comment with your guess. I absolutely love mine! I even sprung for the extra long moth matches to feel like a goddess when lighting my candle.
Here’s the best part of my shopping spree…
Introducing my new ottoman by Uttermost https://www.uttermost.com/
It is stylish and practical. Isn’t it a great feeling when you get the best of both worlds? I plan on using this for branding sessions in my home as a place to sit or a place to lay books, candles and other products.
With all the supply chain issues, it’s been a long wait, but totally worth it. I hope that’s exactly how you will feel about my podcast. We have a little more waiting to do, but it will be worth it in the end!
