Nestled along the river in Oceanport, New Jersey, designer Ginny Padula of Town & Country Design Studio has created a home that feels equal parts elegant and lived-in — the kind of space where the holidays unfold naturally. Captured through my lens as an AD-Approved Interior Photographer, this project reflects what I love most about editorial interior photography: the quiet moments that tell the story of home.
Her signature style—rooted in craftsmanship, authenticity, and comfort—comes alive in every detail, from the layered plaids draped across armchairs to the glow of brass candlesticks beside heirloom silver. It’s a beautiful expression of quiet luxury interiors, where tradition and modernity coexist effortlessly.

Each room carries a rhythm of family life and thoughtful design. In the living room, stockings hang from a garlanded mantel, their patterns mismatched just enough to feel personal. A centerpiece of winter greens and bright berries anchors the coffee table, surrounded by collected books and textures that speak to a timeless home design aesthetic.
For me, this is the heart of holiday home photography—capturing not only what’s seen but also what’s felt: the scent of pine, the softness of candlelight, the invitation to slow down.

Ginny’s dining room embodies editorial holiday inspiration at its finest. Natural linen, polished brass, and evergreen branches create a setting that feels collected rather than curated. Citrus, walnuts, and holly add organic warmth, blending beauty with tradition. It’s an elegant yet approachable design language that reflects both her coastal New Jersey interior design sensibility and the enduring appeal of heritage materials.

From the staircase wrapped in magnolia and cedar to a sideboard styled with vintage art and sculpture, Ginny’s home reflects the kind of layered storytelling that defines interior design photography at its best. It’s sophisticated but deeply personal—an atmosphere that welcomes both quiet mornings and lively family gatherings.

This riverfront home, featured in the December 2025/January 2026 issue of American Farmhouse Style Magazine, celebrates more than beautiful design—it captures the spirit of the season: connection, comfort, and timeless beauty.
