Nadyne Busichio is a Gottman level 3 trained therapist and ACT trained by Russ Harris. She specializes in working with professional women struggling with perfectionism, trying to excel within her career, and maybe struggling to find her voice.

“I am a hands-on therapist that gives homework and uses specific techniques to help you move forward, not just talk therapy. I have also been told that I “keep it real” and don’t enable or sugar coat.”

Nadyne helps people, especially women overcome feelings of shame, worthlessness, self-doubt, the “I’m not good enough story,” anxiety, depression, stress, balancing work, career, and education ambitions with family.

Subjects that were once taboo to discuss have now moved to the forefront due to COVID-19 and the reality of demands faced by families and women. In particular, managing all the perceived expectations of what it means to be a successful professional woman, mother, spouse, daughter, and friend.

“I am passionate about building up women to be confident, courageous, strong, independent, and assertive. It took me years to get to that point in life, and it was by going through the many hardships that I did. Furthermore, it is more important to me today than it ever was before to embody all of those traits so I can show both my daughter (5) and son (2) what a strong woman is and that we are to be celebrated and supported.”

Throughout the pandemic, Nadyne has connected with her clients virtually using the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidence to create an environment where women and couples can openly discuss.

“If you have ever been spoken over, sexually harassed, put down, or not spoken up for yourself, I want to share your lived experience with you and help you find the tools to grow and find your voice.”

“Beyond a therapy session, I provide therapy using a modality that in itself is experiential. I help my clients accept what is out of their control and commit to action that improves and enriches their lives. In addition, I teach psychological skills to deal with painful thoughts and feelings effectively and help them to clarify what is truly important and meaningful to them; i.e., values.”

Nadyne had a clear vision for her brand photoshoot with an overreaching vibe of relaxation, relatability, approachability, professionalism, trustworthiness, and warmth & friendliness.
