Personal Brand Session | Health & Fitness Coach | Central NJ

Samantha Angel MacKenzie

On a brisk fall morning with the leaves of Central NJ changing and slowly cascading onto the ground, I met up with Samantha at Metta Yoga in Tinton Falls for her personal branding session. Her husband, Jack, whom she had married only weeks ago, escorted her inside with her props and gear for the photoshoot.

Samantha is a health and fitness coach. Healthy living and a daily routine that includes fitness and eating healthy to fuel her body.

“I want to have an impact on my clients. I want them to enjoy this journey with me, so I’m going to give them a personalized experience, something that differentiates me from others in the coaching world. I check in with my clients as much as they need and set them up with tools so they can accomplish all their goals.”

Samantha’s clients look to her for ways to incorporate healthy eating habits and workouts into their busy lives daily.

“Most of my clients are women in school, working a full-time job, and beginning families, and may already have a routine, but maybe struggling to fit in a workout or finding the right meal plan to follow. Someone who is looking for a health & fitness coach wants help with their health & fitness goals and staying accountable.”

“I have struggled with my health & fitness journey for so long. Everything I needed and searched for didn’t exist. I want to take what I’ve learned and incorporate that to help others. This includes one on one counseling, a personalized nutrition plan, and a personalized fitness guide.”

I invite you to fall in love with Samantha’s smile, as I did at our photoshoot, so you can connect with her, follow her, and fall in love with her!
